Lost and Found

SunLine is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
 
SunLine Transit Agency’s Lost and Found is located at SunLine’s business office at 32-505 Harry Oliver Trail in Thousand Palms. You may call customer service at (760) 343-3456 Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 
Please allow 24 hours for processing when inquiring about your lost item. You will be required to provide as much detail as possible to help us locate your item. This includes the date, time, service used, bus route, and direction of travel.
 
Lost and Found items will be held for 10 business days and may be retrieved between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
 
At the time of pickup, you will be required to provide the reference number (claim number) provided to you, as well as a photo ID issued by a recognized governmental agency.
 
Appointments outside of the designated hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
Unrecovered items will be donated to a local non-profit if not picked up within the allotted time period.

SunLine Transit Agency grants all citizens equal access to its transportation services.

This complaint process is established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”). It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by SunLine Transit Agency.

In accordance with Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964, Sunline Transit Agency prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
