WHAT: Ribbon cutting ceremony honoring the winners of the SunLine Student Art Contest (co- sponsored by Desert Regional Medical Center) and the unveiling of SunLine’s two new 8th Generation Hydrogen Fuel Cell Buses wrapped in the contest winners’ art.

DETAILS: SunLine Transit Agency, in partnership with Desert Regional Medical Center, will be honoring the winners of the first annual SunLine Student Art Contest, and unveiling the Agency’s two new 8th generation hydrogen fuel cell buses, which are wrapped in the contest winners’ entries. The Board of Directors, General Manager and staff are excited about the participation of the students of our Valley in the first annual Student Art Contest, and the collaboration with Desert Regional Medical Center. As these buses provide public transit using the latest in hydrogen fueled vehicles, the pride of the community in the investment of our most precious resource, the youth of our Valley, will be demonstrated with each mile traveled.
